You can choose from the following formats and sizes:
A4 = 210mm x 297mm - (21cm x 29.7cm) - (8 1/4" x 11 3/4")
A3 = 297mm x 420mm - (29.7cm x 42cm) - (11 3/4" x 16 1/2")
8 x 10” = 203mm x 254mm - (20.3cm x 25.4cm)
11 x 14” = 280mm x 355mm - (28cm x 35.5cm)

-Framed or unframed prints
-Framed prints (A4 only) can be chosen from the dropdown menu. Frames come in white, black and natural oak.
My prints are printed onto 230gsm card (or 100% cotton canvas if you choose that option at checkout).
Both print surfaces look similar once framed, but the cotton canvas is a sheet of stiff painted cotton which has a beautiful quality and texture to it. The card is crisp white and smooth.
-HOW TO ORDER-
1. Select from framed or unframed using the dropdown menu. You can choose to have your design printed on card or a sheet of 100% cotton.
2. Add your text as a message to your order, or for longer texts you can email me directly at info [!at] wattledesigns.co.uk
3. Select your style number from the listing photos.
4. Once you have placed an order, a mock up of your print will be sent you via Etsy message or email, where you can have a final check before I print and post it to you.
*Please note that there may be a few days delay in shipping if there are multiple amendments to the print.
-SHIPPING-
A4 prints will be carefully packaged for you in a protective cellophane sleeve and either inside a board backed envelope.
A3 prints will be rolled inside a cardboard tube.
Framed prints are cushioned inside a foam filled protective cardboard case.
FREE DELIVERY TO THE UK IS INCLUDED ON ALL ORDERS.
All items are dispatched within 1-3 working days.
-FRAMING-
Prints are UNFRAMED unless you choose that option from the dropdown menu.
My frames are solid timber, UK handmade, glass fronted frames which are painted white and have a bright white cardboard mount to set off your print beautifully. They have a hook on the back to hang them on the wall both vertically and horizontally. See photos above for examples.
They are available in white, black and natural oak.

COVID-19: shipping information
I know the current situation is challenging and uncertain for everyone.
I am working to ensure sure that my customers can still receive orders wherever possible. Please bear with me if your order takes slightly longer than you might expect to arrive.
Delays to services or specific countries will be continuously monitored and updated as regularly as possible.
The couriers I use are taking all necessary measures to minimise any risks whilst maintaining service levels. This includes: leaving parcels in safe places and avoiding contact with customers on deliveries by taking names rather than getting signatures.

What's the difference between Canvas Paper and 100% Cotton Canvas?
Both look similar. They are both printing surfaces which are white and slightly textured.
The canvas paper is basically like cardstock, 220gsm thickness, crisp and white.
The 100% cotton canvas is a sheet of thick cotton fabric that has been painted on one side and gives a more unique, high end finish.
However, once framed they both look very similar.
Can I get a digital copy of a print emailed to me?
Yes! I can email a proof of any standard print (and some personalised ones) within 24 hours- and sometimes instantly if you message me and I am at my desk!
Just ping me a message and ask, or look in the 'digital prints' section of my shop to purchase the listing for a copy of ANY print sent via email.

Purchased a print of a poem to read out at a funeral. Ordered weeks in advance. The item didn’t arrive in time. The seller went away so was slow in responding to messages sent several days before the funeral querying the delivery date as it hasn’t arrived, and later declined my request for a refund unless I paid upfront the additional cost of returning the print (which arrived after the funeral had taken place) due to her refund policy. There was no acknowledgment of responsibility on the seller’s part and - in the circumstances - the service was unsympathetic and poor. The quality of the print that did arrive was fairly good, albeit redundant in my case.
